I have not smoked a cigarette since before going to bed Saturday night. I have always had a love/hate relationship with smoking. I can quit for 6 months, 2 years, whatever, and then randomly decide one day that I can be a social smoker, and smoke one cigarette, and then I am instantly addicted again the next day.
My reasons for quitting are the obvious; health and financial. So far I am feeling OK. I would love to smoke a cigarette right now, or even more so, half a pack of them on my ride home from work. But for the moment, right now, I am going to remain smoke free. Maybe tomorrow I will smoke. Maybe I won't. Taking this, like everything else, one day at a time.

When you are really craving one, just think of what a bunch of Assholes the tobacco industry are... maybe that will help:)
when you are really craving, just think of how good your hair smells without cigarette smoke in it..maybe that will help.
when you are craving, think of how good it is to breathe deep without coughing up a lung... that should help.
Kel,
Please sen me your email address pzysk14@verizon.net so I can send you an invite to my website. I made it private.
Im trying to quit too. Its so weird right now because Im making myself not smoke in the morning and trying not to smoke during the day (with only one cig break in the last 4 work days). But at night Im smoking. I know I cant keep this up. I have to shit or get of the pot. No way I could do this without Chantix and I dont wanna take that expensive shit forever. I hate smoking but I love the first few drags of a long overdue cigarette. Its not worth it. By the end of the cig Im pissed that I still smoke after starting again last year. DONT SMOKE KEL. IT KILLS!!!!!!
"I'm gonna kick tomorrow......"
Keep up the good work :)
